Physical Being’s training sessions focus on the fundamental movement principles - such as core stabilisation and organisation, and joint stability and efficiency - in which all athletic performance is grounded. Bodies are intelligent, and therefore need to be trained intelligently: clients are educated to reassess their fitness assumptions and reprogram their brains, allowing them to intuitively and effortlessly maximise their physical capabilities while reducing the risk of injury.
All four packages are designed around your needs. Different training techniques will be used depending on your desired outcomes. I operate at The Strength and Conditioning Institute in Tonbridge and I can also train outdoors or at your home. If you have a friend with similar goals that you want to train with then get in touch to discuss as the price per person will be less.
1 x 60 minute postural balance analysis £50 This involves a series of diagnostic physical ‘tests’ that will get underneath your technique and identify imbalances in your joint and muscular structures. Great if you are new or returning to exercise or if you are involved in high level sporting or physical activities.
1 x 60 minute fitness assessment £50 This involves physical fitness tests based on your current ability and goals to provide a baseline for improving your fitness levels. Great motivation if you are looking to improve muscular strength, endurance or cardio vascular fitness.
1 x 60 minute technique correction session £50 This involves looking at a specific skill you want to improve. For example if you always struggle getting low in your squat we will break it right down and analyse each aspect to find where the problem areas are and build it back up using a systematic approach to help you make significant and efficient improvements. Great if you are new to strength training or if your progression has plateaued.
1 x 60 minute mobility session £50 This involves using different mobilisation techniques to resolve pain, prevent injury and improve performance Great if you are someone who neglects this area of your training or carrying an injury.
